MEMBERSHIP AND USE AGREEMENT
1. Parties
This Membership and Usage Agreement (shortly Agreement) is Growth Target (in short, Site), which owns all rights to the websites with the extension haruntasci.com and growthtarget.com, the application and all related applications (the Site). “Growth Target”) and the Member who has defined their identity and contact information in the system prior to the acceptance of this contract. By becoming a member of the Site, the Member accepts, declares and undertakes that he has read, understood and approved all the provisions of this Agreement.
2. Subject of the Contract
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms of use of websites with the extension of haruntasci.com and growthtarget.com, which offer a wide range of products and services including various communication and advertising platforms through the platform owned by GROWTH TARGET, and the mutual rights and obligations of the parties.
3. Rights of GROWTH TARGET
A) For security reasons, GROWTH TARGET may monitor and record all kinds of activities of the Member on the site and/or, when it deems necessary, may make any kind of intervention such as removal from the Site, suspension of membership, cancellation of membership and similar.
B) GROWTH TARGET may change the format and content of the Site partially and/or completely, as well as change the domain name of the Site, use different subdomains, make domain name redirection and/or close the domain name without prior notice to the Member. .
C) GROWTH TARGET may change the scope and/or types of services offered on the Site, as well as freeze, terminate or completely cancel the services offered on the Site, at any time and/or without giving any reason, without giving prior notice to the Member.
D) GROWTH TARGET may make changes and/or updates to the service, terms of sale and/or operation at any time in order to perform the work and/or transactions specified in the contract more effectively. Members accept and declare in advance that they accept these changes and will act in accordance with these changes.
E) This contract does not include any commitment for the sale of GROWTH TARGET's products. The member cannot claim any rights or receivables under any name from GROWTH TARGET for these and other reasons.
F) GROWTH TARGET has the right to unilaterally suspend, terminate and/or cancel the membership. The member accepts, declares and undertakes that there is no right of objection in this regard.
G) GROWTH TARGET may collect the Member's identity, address, contact and site usage information in a database for all legal purposes, including but not limited to purposes such as making user profile and market research, creating sales and site usage statistics, and may collect this information in a database. can operate without restriction. In addition, GROWTH TARGET may share this information with third parties/institutions for the purpose of complying with the obligations imposed by the law or when requested in terms of investigations or investigations carried out by the authorized judicial or administrative authority, or in order to protect the rights and safety of users.
H) GROWTH TARGET may open additional services, change some of its services partially or completely, or turn them into paid ones. In this case, the user reserves the right to terminate the Agreement and leave the membership.
I) GROWTH TARGET may make changes in the implementation of this Agreement, amend existing articles or add new articles, provided that they are not to the detriment of users, in order to comply with future technical requirements and legislation.
4. Obligations of the Member
A) Membership is completed by fulfilling the membership procedure specified on the site by the person who wants to become a member and completing the registration process. By becoming a member, the member also accepts the provisions of this contract, and all kinds of statements regarding membership and services announced/to be disclosed by GROWTH TARGET.
B) The member states that the identity, address and/or contact information he/she has specified in the membership process is complete and correct, and that if there is a change in his/her information, he/she will immediately forward this information to GROWTH TARGET in writing, accepts and declares that he will be solely responsible for any legal disputes and/or damages. No liability can therefore be attributed to GROWTH TARGET.
C) The Member accepts and declares that while using the Site, he will use a password that cannot be easily guessed by others, that he will not share his user name, password and similar information with others, and that he will be personally and solely responsible for this security, and that GROWTH TARGET will not be responsible in any way.

I) GROWTH TARGET is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may occur due to virus attacks affecting the computer hardware and/or information obtained from the site or due to the Member's access and use of the site.
J) The Member agrees that he/she will not use any tool, software and/or tool to interfere with or attempt to interfere with the operation of the site, not to connect to the site or take any action without authorization, to access or use the software and data of other internet users without permission.
K) The Member accepts, declares and undertakes that the information provided during the membership process is correct, that GROWTH TARGET may request the submission of documents to confirm the Member's information, and that the membership may be frozen by GROWTH TARGET if not submitted.
5. Campaigns

7. Intellectual Property Rights
The presentation and all content of the Site are protected by the Turkish Legislation and intellectual property legislation, and all information and/or data published on this site, especially all trademarks, logos and service marks, belong to GROWTH TARGET or its licensors by contract. . 9. Cancellation of Membership and Termination of Contract
A) In the event that the Member partially and/or completely violates any and/or all of its obligations arising from this agreement, GROWTH TARGET may terminate the Member's membership unilaterally without any notification and/or justification, and cancel the Member's membership. Therefore, in the event of termination, the Member may not claim any rights and/or claims from GROWTH TARGET. GROWTH TARGET is authorized to claim any damages incurred or to arise from the Member.
B) GROWTH TARGET is authorized to terminate this agreement unilaterally without giving any reason and without any notification, to cancel the membership of the Member and to suspend or completely cancel the services that the Member has received, is receiving or will receive from the site. . 10. Term of Contract
This agreement enters into force from the moment it is approved on the Site and terminates automatically without any further notification when GROWTH TARGET or the Member cancels their membership and/or terminates the services offered on the Site.
11. Miscellaneous Provisions
The Member has consented to the changes to be made in the Agreement and services, matters related to sales, cancellation of membership, termination of this agreement, termination and any similar notification to the e-mail address specified during the membership process. It accepts and undertakes that it has been notified by GROWTH TARGET from the moment it is sent and that it will have legal consequences. GROWTH TARGET is not responsible for the late or non-delivery of the notification to the Member and its consequences.
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions of the Agreement will remain in effect.
GROWTH TARGET's failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right or power it has under the contract does not mean that it waives that right or power, and the use of a right or power alone or in part does not prevent the later exercise of that or any other right or power, waiver. doesn't make sense.
All notifications and correspondence regarding this Agreement will be made to the above-mentioned addresses of the Parties. they accept.
Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve disputes arising from this Agreement.
The member declares that he has read, understood and accepted all the practices and rules on the site. The member declares that he accepts the regulations that may be contrary to his interests in the entire contract, knowing and understanding the consequences.
