The Birkman Method® is a unique system that has been scientifically developed and provides multidimensional measurement and evaluation in both the career development of individuals and the human resources and talent management of institutions. By integrating the behavioral, motivational, professional and organizational data it obtains, it enables it to be used for the professional development and success of people under different situations and conditions.

The Birkman Method® test,

- Applied on-line,

- Consisting of 298 questions (250 true-false, 48 multiple choice)

- It is a test completed in approximately 25-30 minutes.

The test is an inventory that can provide 50 reports and can be applied to both individuals and teams. It contains powerful information about you and your environment.

​

The Birkman method accepts everyone as a different system and sheds light on development. In the assessment, the person's behaviors, interests, sources of motivation, needs and stress factors are measured in depth. If their needs are not met, the causes of potential stress are determined. Thanks to this method, holistic data is collected and reported with the criteria of which professions people are more suitable for and in which areas they can be strong in an institutional structure.

The Birkman method gives you what you really need, your motivations, and tips on how to recharge yourself. With many reports of the Birkman method and group/team reports, you can deduce your organizational strategy and manage satisfaction and success by transforming your human resources more effectively. 
 

It reports in detail the analysis of harmony and combinations within a team, where the dominant character personalities are located, the addresses of the suggestions and developments necessary for synergy, and it provides to improve the conflict management and strategic planning and communication in the team.

Interpreting The Birkman Method® Report

Evaluation and feedback of Birkman reports is given by an accredited Interpreter.

How Does the Birkman Method Work?

While focusing on our strengths, it is important to identify areas that we did not notice that need improvement. Many of our poor behavior patterns indicate that it is actually our stress behavior. It makes us realize that we need to manage our needs that we haven't identified yet.

In this program, we apply the Birkman assessment method by matching it with professional competencies.

 

It is an application made over Skype or face-to-face by using the structure of the Birkman method, if you have a report beforehand, or by examining your general coaching profile features and areas of improvement after you finish the test.

 

It is an application where you will develop your strengths, priorities, authority, reputation and use of advantage.
