My Story
For the past 16 years, I have accompanied senior executives and hundreds of entrepreneurs from diverse sectors on their journey to grow their businesses, position their brands, and maximize their potential. Today, under the umbrella of Growth Target, I offer strategic guidance to both individuals and organizations in the areas of artificial intelligence, digital transformation, global marketing, and leadership development.
My work is focused on one thing: unlocking the true potential of people and organizations . Because sustainable success is not only possible with strategy, but also with vision, mindset, and the right systems.

Turning point
Early in my career, I was at a point that, from the outside, would be described as "successful." A good career, a strong income, and growing opportunities… But internally, something was missing: meaning and direction.
This awareness led me to understand not only the business world but also the inner world of people. I began to study leadership, psychology, performance, behavioral sciences, and personal development in depth.
Over time I have come to this conclusion:
Real transformation begins not just in business models, but in mindset and perspective.
Today
The work I do today is not just consulting; it's a transformation partnership.
While working in a wide range of areas from artificial intelligence to marketing strategies, leadership development to sustainability models, my core focus has remained the same:
